For visitors, this site does everything possible on recollecting the less amount of personal data.

If you decide to subscribe to my newsletter, the bare minimum information is asked and is only shared with services that are absolutely necessary for the newsletter to function.

Analytics


To get critical information about the behavior of our visitors, Simple Analytics is used.

This analytics software gives insight about visitors only in general, but not about individuals by itself, as it does not track visitors and does not store any personal identifiable information.

Content Delivery Network


This site uses Cloudflare's CDN, helping cache content at the network edge, which improves website performance.

Cookies


A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Because of Cloudflare's nature, cookies are used to improve website performance.

If you sign in with your account after subscribing to the newsletter, cookies are used to record current session information.

Newsletter


Email addresses and any other personally identifiable information collected in the provision of the newsletter are only used to provide and improve this service.

No personal information is exchanged with any third party, except as needed with the software platforms that are used to provide it, as follows:

  • Subscribing to the newsletter is double-opt-in, and email addresses that do not pass the opt-in are discarded. The double opt-in process includes two steps. In step 1, you fill out and submit your email address in the sign up form. In step 2, you'll receive a confirmation email and click a link to verify your email.
  • When you successfully subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is transferred and stored on servers located in San Francisco, USA.
  • The newsletter is sent using Mailgun's Email API Service. For more details, please refer to Mailgun's Privacy Policy.
  • The newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every issue, so you can opt-out of receiving emails anytime.
  • Paid newsletter subscriptions are processed through Stripe. For more details, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Other


Some images are fetched from Unsplash and some pages on this website contain embedded content from third parties (for example, YouTube videos). Fonts are fetched from Google Fonts.

This website does not share any user data with those parties. You should refer to those sites for their privacy policies.
